Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and guest services. The ideal candidate delivers excellent customer service, leads a team, and stays motivated to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

Pay starts between $14.20 and $21.10 per hour, with a schedule that covers days, nights, weekends and holidays. Candidates should have experience in retail operations, solid calculator and computer skills, and be capable of working across levels from hourly

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Incredible customer service skills.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
