Job summary

Little Caesars | PFLC, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to manage shift operations, guest experience, and sales performance. You will lead team members, assign tasks, train staff, and ensure adherence to brand standards and safety policies.

In this role you will open/close shifts, manage the line, promote in-store promotions, and handle cash procedures while maintaining food safety and cost controls on the shift. Exceptional guest service and problem resolution are essential.

Qualifications

• Follow opening/closing duties and operate per store policies.
• Promote guest service and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to food safety requirements and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Utilize shift huddle board to position the team and support labor policies and safety.
• Ensure security, cash handling, and daily cash procedures are followed.
• Open and close shifts as needed and manage line operations.
• Provide great guest service and resolve guest issues promptly.
