Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Brand Ambassador/Shift Leader to help guests achieve fitness and nutrition goals by guiding smoothie selections and retail products. You will lead when the General Manager is not in the store and model the brand’s culture and mission.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliable attendance, and teamwork, with responsibilities that include opening/closing duties and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious smoothies.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and that the guest's purpose is met when ordering.
• Greets and engages guests to provide a friendly experience.
• Preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Completes store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Promotes Smoothie King culture, values, and mission.
• Assists in team member management during shifts.
• Manages cash handling, inventory, and opening/closing store assignments.
