Qualifications

• Provide friendly guest service and take orders accurately.
• Handle cash and distribute tips.
• Open and close the shack and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist in simple food prep and ensure food safety.
• Lead a 2-3 person shift and support team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a simple, seafood-centric menu (no cooking, minor prep).
• Engage guests and upsell products at the register.
• Take orders, make recommendations, and merchandise at the register.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Lead a small team during shifts and manage cash/tip distribution.
