Formación

• Experience in guest service in casual dining.
• Ability to take orders and upsell at the register.
• Open/close duties with focus on cleanliness and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve a simple seafood-focused menu with minor prep.
• Engage in friendly guest interaction and recommend products at the register.
• Take orders and upsell products at the counter.
• Open and close the shack, perform cleaning and setup tasks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization during shifts.
• Communicate Luke's mission of sustainable, traceable seafood.
• Oversee a small shift team of 2–3 staff during your shift.
