Job summary

Harri is seeking a Shift Leader to help run day-to-day restaurant operations in Bluffdale, Utah. You will lead the team on assigned shifts and provide exceptional service, while upholding brand standards and food quality.

You will coach crew members, support onboarding, and ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected as part of a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on assigned shifts with example-driven leadership and service excellence.

• Prepare subs and ensure food quality aligns with Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members; assist with training and onboarding.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment; monitor quality and standards.
• Manage shift execution including opening and closing tasks; handle inventory and waste.
