Job summary

Swig is hiring a Shift Lead in Utah to help the store run smoothly with leadership and team-focused routines. You will train teammates, manage shift operations, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied by delivering fast, friendly service and maintaining excellent cleanliness and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant experience, a 16+ age, and a can-do attitude to help grow a fun, energetic team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Food handler's permit required.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to ensure smooth, high-standard service.
• Train and mentor team members to achieve success.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals.
• Craft drinks and food following procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates for a seamless experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging to stay organized.
• Support to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards and rotate stock.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and specials to enhance guest experience.
