• Train and counsel hourly team members who work during the Team Leader's shift.
• Guarantee the highest level of hospitality and service to all guests.
• Coach hourly team members during shifts as needed.
• Maintain personnel records, schedules, and reports.
• Prepare and maintain administrative and financial records as directed by the GM.
• Present specials, promotions, and marketing plans per company procedures during shifts.
• Ensure restaurant hours are maintained during shifts.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and laws.
