Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to be a hands-on role model who helps lead the shift, support crew members, and deliver great guest experiences. You will work closely with management to keep operations running smoothly while fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support crew members during assigned shifts
• Set the example for excellent guest service and teamwork
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Ensure food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards are met
• Coach, train, and motivate team members on the floor
• Help resolve guest concerns professionally and respectfully
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures
• Communicate effectively with managers and team members
