Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts Shift Leader position in Ohio invites experienced supervisors to coach Crew Members, uphold Brand standards, and deliver a friendly guest experience during each shift. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team to perform at high levels.

Responsibilities include maintaining operational excellence, resolving guest issues, driving sales, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation, and managing cash over/short while keeping the workplace safe and compliant.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong customer service skills.
• Experience in restaurant supervision or similar.
• Basic math and written communication abilities.
• Comfort with basic computer/ POS tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Operational Excellence: support a respectful team environment, communicate priorities, assist training, provide coaching.
• Work in a Team Environment: foster a guest-first culture, resolve guest issues, ensure Brand standards and safety.
