Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks and providing feedback and training.
• Utilize the huddle board and ensure adherence to personnel policies, labor laws and safety procedures.
• Ensure all security procedures are executed and manage opening/closing duties.
• Provide great guest service and resolve guest complaints/issues.
• Lead shifts to open, transition, and close; manage line and delegate duties.
• Uphold product quality standards and work the line as needed.
• Promote sales on shift through suggestive selling and knowledge of promotions.
• Execute and support all food safety requirements and practice; control costs and cash on the shift.
