Job summary

PFLC Little Caesars in Clinton, South Carolina is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee shift operations. This role includes leading team members and ensuring great guest service.

As a Shift Leader, you will also be responsible for managing safety procedures, promoting sales, and training new team members. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Must have a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture.
• Must be able to close 5 nights a week and work on weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand/walk for 8-10 hours.

Responsibilities
