WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Austin, TX is hiring a full-time Shift Leader to run the shift, mentor the team, and ensure smooth operations while delivering great customer service.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips. Paid training, opportunities for promotion from within, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
