Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Princeton, TX is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time, on-site role. You’ll oversee daily shift operations, support a team, and ensure top-tier customer service while maintaining wash quality and smooth operations.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips. We provide paid training, growth opportunities, and a team-driven environment with benefits such as a 401(k) match and medical, dental & vision insurance.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
