Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Cedar Park, TX, is hiring a Shift Leader (Full-time) to drive daily operations and lead the team across shifts. Starting pay ranges from $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips. Paid training and opportunities for internal promotion are available, with a focus on safety, customer service, and efficient wash operations.

No prior car wash experience is required as training is provided, and we promote from within to grow your leadership career.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
