Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Hudson Oaks, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to drive the shift, supervise a team, and deliver excellent customer service. Starting pay is $15–$18 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality, assist with scheduling, and help customers choose wash packages. Prior experience in leadership or customer service is preferred; reliable, energetic individuals are encouraged to

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and supervise team members.
• Ensure staff understand and complete responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Assist customers in choosing wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness and wash quality.
