WhiteWater Express in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) to oversee daily shift operations, support the team, and ensure top-notch customer service. This role offers active leadership responsibilities and paid training in a fast-paced environment.

The starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement within a growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
