Krystal Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations and mentor the A+ talent on the store team. You will help ensure top service, food safety, and efficient performance across customer, sales, and profit areas.

The role requires from 21 years old, Servsafe certification, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Proficiency in MS Office is expected as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Servsafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with 1+ year restaurant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in training and coaching A+ talent using Krystal tools and processes.
• Support the Performance Management process to ensure team success and accountability.
• Drive a customer-focused culture by resolving issues and training employees to meet standards.
• Ensure food safety standards through direct observation during shifts.
• Assist with cash, security, inventory, labor and food cost controls.
