Job summary

Krystal Restaurants LLC is seeking an entry-to-mid level Shift Leader to support the store management team in daily operations, upholding Krystal’s standards and food safety while coaching A+ talent to achieve goals in People, Customer, Sales and Profit.

The role emphasizes leading shifts, driving customer service, and maintaining performance across cash controls, inventory and labor while partnering with management on initiatives. Flexibility in schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• ServSafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one or more years restaurant experience.
• Systems & Software - proficient level knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• May be required to travel to other locations, e.g. other stores, bank, meetings as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Lead store shifts to support daily operations and adherence to Krystal’s standards.
• Model Krystal Core Values and coach A+ talent to achieve People, Customer, Sales and Profit goals.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure high service standards. Stay on top of food safety and operational procedures.
• Assist with cash/security, inventory and labor control; support marketing initiatives and plan execution.
