Job summary

Firehouse Subs Soddy-Daisy, TN is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure profitable operation of a designated shift, uphold company guidelines, and lead the restaurant team.

You will supervise staff, manage cash handling, assist with scheduling and interviews, train new team members, and maintain food safety, cleanliness, and guest service standards while promoting a cheerful, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 20-40 hours per week with at least 2 nights per week and weekends.
• Willingness to work all store hours when open.
• Must pass Shift Leader Written Entrance Exam with at least 85%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Assist GM with staffing, interviews and training of new team members.
• Monitor compliance with health, wage, and safety regulations.
• Manage daily workflow and cash funds, report discrepancies.
