Del Taco seeks a Shift Manager to support the General Manager and lead restaurant teams in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will train staff, supervise shifts, and ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards while executing company policies.

You will work closely with the GM to develop a high-performing team, manage scheduling and staffing, and promote an “Employer of Choice” environment across the restaurant.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment with demonstrated ability to ensure guest satisfaction and ability to train and maintain an on-going guest service delivery.

Aufgaben

• Supervise team to deliver quality guest service, manage labor and safety costs, and uphold company policies.
• Run shifts and support GM in executing procedures and programs.
• Know all work stations and records for each job in the restaurant.
• Supervise 1 to 7 team members and ensure staffing decisions when needed.
• Communicate and enforce compliance with laws and ethical business practices.
• Provide leadership, training, and development to the restaurant team.
