Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment with guest service focus.
• Leadership partner with management and staff and provide quality service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through.
• Motivate and lead staff to achieve organizational goals.
• General knowledge of computers, POS systems, and software.
• Basic business math and cash handling skills.
• Strong organizational skills for records and logs.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Open availability to work any shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team to meet quality, guest service, food and labor cost targets.
• Run shifts and support GM in executing company policies and programs.
• Understand and record daily roles and responsibilities at each workstation.
• Provide training and development to restaurant staff.
• Make staffing recommendations and assist with interviews and disciplinary actions.
