Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant

Responsibilities

• Direct shift operations to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Oversee cash handling, security procedures and inventory checks.
• Direct and coach Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Implement shift plans and drive operational results.
• Ensure timely preparation and sale of products within speed guidelines.
• Maintain brand standards and monitor restaurant performance.
