Job summary

Burger King in Fort Lupton, CO is seeking an Hourly Shift Leader to supervise operations during shifts when management is not present. You will oversee a team, manage supplies, and ensure efficient service while upholding food quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic math, addition, subtraction, and understanding fractions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, listen, and have close/distance/peripheral vision.
• Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to work overtime, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing supplies to minimize waste and theft.
• Assist in supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty.
• Assist during rush periods to ensure store efficiency.
• Complete daily food prep including slicing, portioning, and rotating products.
• Assist in daily and weekly paperwork.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on equipment and supplies.
• Performs other related duties as required.
