Job summary

Wingstop in York, PA is seeking a Shift Leader to manage day-to-day operations and lead a team on a fast-paced shift. You will help direct and train Team Members while supporting goals set by the GM and AGM.

This role is ideal for someone with a management mindset who wants to grow within the Wingstop system and take on leadership responsibilities in a busy restaurant environment.
