Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ year restaurant supervisory experience and pass EPL FSA after hire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, security, and inventory checks.
• Ensure service speed, cleanliness, and adherence to safety and QSC standards.
• Adjust staffing and supervise breaks during shifts to maintain productivity.
• Train team on products and procedures; support cash handling and deposits.
• Greet customers and ensure a friendly, helpful service experience.
