Job summary

Church’s Texas Chicken in Town of Hammond, WI is seeking a Shift Leader to guide team members on shift, coach and develop staff, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will ensure adherence to company policies, maintain safety standards, manage cash handling, and supervise opening/closing duties.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably ServSafe training.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED is highly recommended.
ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

Monitors and ensures prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
Ensures that Church’s menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
Ensures that assigned duties are carried out by Team Members.
Assists Team Members to prepare quality products, provide service, and maintain a clean restaurant.
Demonstrates proper procedures for Team Members to follow.
Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
Performs opening and closing duties as required on Shift Awareness Checklists.
Follows proper procedures for preparation of all menu items.
Follows receiving, handling and storage of food products with proper rotation and icing procedures.
Maintains professional and ethical leadership behaviors at all times.
Ensures on-time attendance by each employee for shift.
Performs other duties as assigned.
