Responsibilities

Assist management in daily contract operations delivering timely, quality services.
Supervise custodial staff and conduct QC inspections.
Train staff in safety and equipment operation.
Orientate new team members and delegate work assignments.
Maintain equipment and secure facility after shifts.
Respond to customer complaints and maintain positive client relations.
Perform 25% direct contract labor.
Attend required TRG training.
Site-specific duties per SOW.
May travel between locations as needed.
