Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in food services or related field.
• One year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification or equivalent within 90 days.
• Ability to work independently to support the group.
• Ability to interact appropriately with customers and team members.
• Eligibility for work assignment on specified contract(s).
• Ability to pass organization background screenings as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in daily operation of contract services for customers.
• Supervise custodial staff.
• Conduct QC inspections as directed by the Project Manager.
• Assist with staff training including safety lessons from TRG materials.
• Orientate and train new team members on equipment operation.
• Distribute work assignments to team members.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper function of equipment; report issues.
• Secure building and manage asset control.
• Establish positive relationships with customers and respond to complaints.
• Perform direct contract functions and/or labor 25% of the workday.
• Attend required TRG training.
• Perform duties per site-specific statement of work.
• Manage team to promote productivity and program goals.
• Address team member complaints per policies.
• Maintain competence through continuing education.
• Ensure training compliance.
