Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations of a fast food establishment during their shift. You will supervise team members, ensure adherence to safety procedures, and maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, managing order fulfillment, monitoring inventory, and performing janitorial duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast food or food service environments.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Basic inventory management and record-keeping.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate the activities of team members during the shift to ensure efficient service and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and safety procedures to guarantee a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Manage order selection processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness in fulfilling customer orders.
• Monitor inventory and assist in stock management to prevent shortages and reduce waste.
• Perform janitorial duties as needed to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards within the establishment.
• Engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on the company’s sales performance during the shift and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
