Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant staff and overall restaurant operations with a strong emphasis on customer service. The role requires self-motivation and readiness to assist managers in ensuring facilities run smoothly and meet PFJ quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have experience in restaurant operations, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the restaurant.
• Respond to the needs of customers and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.
• Show knowledge of store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service.
