Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations and deliver excellent customer service at our locations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant operations, strong math and teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; a background check is required. We offer weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills and the ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Proficient with a calculator, a computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
