Auntie Anne’s in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team on your shift, ensure smooth operations, and uphold quality, service, and guest satisfaction.

As the heartbeat of the store when leadership is absent, you’ll motivate and coach staff, handle guest concerns, manage safety and cleanliness, and balance busy front‑of‑house demands. Prior supervisory experience preferred; flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3-6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• 0-1 year of food service or retail experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology.
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and serve as the go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Handle challenges confidently—from team needs to guest concerns.
• Know when to escalate issues to store leadership.
