Job summary

Skyline Chili, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader at our Englewood location to oversee daily operations and maintain hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1+ years restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and secure environment by following Skyline policy and procedures.
• Trains, monitors and reinforces food safety procedures; complies with health/sanitation regulations.
• Leads and demonstrates Skyline Time service and ensures hospitality at all times.
• Supervises Team Members and prepares food to maintain quality for guests; minimizes costs per procedure.
• Monitors labor usage against sales and acts when necessary.
• Executes and monitors proper cash control procedures.
• Ensures proper training for Team Members through established training systems with ongoing coaching.
• Performs all functions of a production employee when needed.
• Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned or required.
