Job summary

Skyline Chili, LLC is seeking a reliable Shift Leader to help maintain a safe, efficient kitchen and front-of-house environment in Florence. You will train staff, ensure food safety standards, and supervise daily operations to deliver quality service to guests.

The role requires leadership, strong teamwork, and a commitment to hospitality. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied schedules to meet restaurant needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and secure environment by following Skyline policy.
• Train and reinforce food safety procedures with Team Members.
• Lead Skyline Time service and uphold hospitality standards.
• Supervise Team Members and prepare food to ensure quality for guests.
• Monitor labor usage against sales and adjust as needed.
• Execute and monitor cash control procedures.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to Team Members.
• Perform production duties when needed.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
