Job summary

Skyline Chili, LLC is hiring a Shift Leader to ensure a safe, welcoming environment and oversee restaurant operations. You will train staff, monitor food safety, manage labor, and support high-quality guest service daily.

The role requires 1+ year of restaurant or supervisory experience, along with a valid driver’s license and basic math/computer skills. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe environment by following Skyline policies and procedures.
• Train and monitor food safety; ensure sanitation regulations are followed.
• Lead hospitality with Skyline Time service and customer care standards.
• Supervise team, monitor food prep and minimize costs.
• Monitor labor usage against sales and adjust as needed.
• Execute cash control procedures and daily reconciliations.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to Team Members.
• Perform production duties when needed and support other tasks.
