As a Shift Leader, you’ll oversee daily operations, train crew, and ensure safety, quality, and performance standards during shifts. Bring enthusiasm and readiness to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred and EPL SPECS certification or 1+ year restaurant supervisory experience.
• Minimum 1 year restaurant/fast-food supervisory/managerial experience.
• Willing to interview at Open Hiring Events and meet the team.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts and in the absence of the GM/AGM to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, inventory, and cash handling; coordinate crew tasks for setup, prep and cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety per EPL standards; monitor service speed to meet company goals.
• Train team members on new products and procedures; adjust staffing based on sales volume and guidance from Area Leader.
• Greet customers, resolve issues, and ensure a friendly, efficient service experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
