Job summary

Carrols is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator at Burger King®. You’ll lead Team Members on assigned shifts to ensure food quality, fast service, cleanliness, and safety, while coaching in the moment and solving problems quickly.

You’ll work under the RGM and AM, owning shift execution and driving results through strong communication and leadership by example. This is an entry-level leadership growth path within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• People-first attitude and strong communication skills.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew, offer feedback, and keep everyone energized on shift.
• Lead shift operations by executing the plan, upholding BK standards, and directing workflow.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, inventory, and truck orders.
