Job summary

Burger King® hourly shift coordinator role at Carrols is an entry-level leadership position. You’ll lead Team Members during shifts, ensure food quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety, and coach the team to maintain high guest satisfaction.

Under the RGM and AM, you’ll own shift execution, communicate clearly, and drive results while modeling BK standards and strong teamwork. Grow into higher responsibilities with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and a high school education preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and resolve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew, offering feedback and supporting development throughout shifts.
• Lead shift operations by executing the plan, directing workflow, and upholding BK standards.
• Support profitability through cash-control procedures, inventory management, and truck orders.
