Job summary

Wingstop in Winston-Salem is seeking excellent shift leaders to supervise the operations of a shift, ensuring food safety, proper product preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to Wingstop standards while handling cashier or cook duties as needed. You will train newer crew, manage inventory, maintain cleanliness, and support scheduling and closing procedures.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a shift in a quick-service restaurant.
• Ability to train junior staff and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.
• Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding service by providing a Guest-friendly environment and high standards.
• Trains newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities.
• Practices inventory control standards.
• Store policies are being followed by all staff members.
• Ensure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained.
• Open and/or close the Restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage and motivate the crew members.
• Ensure breaks are coordinated effectively and quickly.
• Assemble and package orders according to the Wingstop standard.
• Assist all other positions when necessary.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen and dining room clean throughout the shift.
• Ensure that all crew members are health safety conscious.
• Resolve customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude.
• Close procedures and equipment accounting and cleaning.
