Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager to oversee and coordinate with the store manager on planning, training, and leadership to achieve objectives in sales, costs, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Supervise shift leads and ensure opening/closing procedures are followed.
• Maintain order accuracy and exceptional guest service.
• Manage daily/weekly inventory, chicken counts, and waste.

Responsibilities

• Understand policies, procedures, and standards; train staff accordingly.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover shifts as needed.
• Ensure trucks are delivered on time and costs are controlled through proper ordering.
• Inspect equipment and maintain temperature logs.
• Review product deliveries for count and condition per policy.
