Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager in Winston-Salem, NC to coordinate with the store manager on planning, training, and leadership to hit sales, cost, and service targets. The role involves overseeing shift leads, ensuring policy adherence, controlling inventory, and maintaining food quality and sanitation.

Qualified candidates will support guest experience, assist with orders, and supervise cash handling and debt-free tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and hospitality operations.
• Ability to lead shift teams and manage store performance.
• Knowledge of cash handling and cash reconciliation procedures.
• Experience with inventory control, waste management, and cost controls.
• Managing daily/weekly schedules and staff coverage.
• Ability to address customer issues professionally and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening/closing procedures with shift leads.
• Ensure guest service standards and order accuracy.
• Manage daily/weekly inventory, chicken counts, and waste.
• Maintain a safe, professional work environment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Fill in duties when needed to meet cleaning and scheduling goals.
