Einstein Bros. Bagels in Beavercreek, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager, motivate the team, coach staff, and open/close the store with minimal supervision.

You’ll help maintain food and beverage quality and a clean, safe store environment, while growing your career from Shift Leader to General Manager roles. The role offers a flexible schedule, paid time off after 90 days, and no evenings or nights, with competitive pay and tips.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and ensure a safe, clean environment.
