Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Michigan is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You’ll work with the General Manager to set the morale and tone, provide feedback, and coach team members when needed.

You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, while maintaining the quality of food and a safe, clean environment. This position offers a flexible schedule and potential paid time off after 90 days, with competitive pay and tips.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Able to pass background check as required by law.
• ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion.
• Current valid driver’s license and meet company driving qualifications.
