Einstein Bros. Bagels in Gahanna, Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager, motivate the team, and ensure a great guest experience.

You’ll open/close the store with minimal supervision, manage morale, and coach staff while keeping food quality and a clean, safe environment. The role requires a high school diploma, 18+, ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends, and ServSafe certification before leadership training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or acquire ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license is preferred or required at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience and coach team members as needed.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
• Set morale and tone of the team and provide feedback to staff.
