Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to set morale and coach team members; provide feedback as needed.
• Open and close the store with limited supervision and maintain a safe, clean environment.
