Einstein Bros. Bagels in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will collaborate with the General Manager, set team tone, provide coaching, and oversee opening/closing with minimal supervision.

The role offers growth opportunities, a flexible schedule, and a focus on maintaining quality and a clean store environment. High school diploma and 18+ are required, with ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
Must pass background check as required by law.
Must have or obtain ServSafe Certification before leadership training.
Possession of a valid driver's license (preferred but location-dependent).
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
Open and close the store with little supervision.
Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
