Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check.
• ServSafe Certification required or able to obtain prior to leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate and guide the team.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure food/beverage quality and a safe, clean environment.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve guest experience.
