Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for a Shift Leader in Olathe, Kansas. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience, while opening and closing the store with minimal supervision.

You’ll supervise the team, coach staff, and help ensure food quality and a clean, safe store. This role offers growth opportunities within Bagel Brands and a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred or required at some locations.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to set morale and tone of the team.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store.
