Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state driver’s license (preferred but location dependent).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience alongside the General Manager.
• Empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set morale and tone of the team.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
